These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on WEKABO. By voluntarily placing an order with WEKABO you implicitly accept these terms and conditions. The purchase agreement is realized the moment you place an order.
= Order Conditions=Minimum order amount, exclusive VAT en extra charges: €50,00=. Within the Netherlands WEKABO delivers all orders free of charge. WEKABO uses a minimum amount of 10 per article for you to order by. Articles have to be ordered in multiples of 10 per number. All extra costs (e.g. shipping) are based on charges used by TPG Post = Payment =
All foreign orders will be accepted on a pre-paid basis. These payments can be done by using an international bank transfer. All other orders can be made using 3 forms of payment:
Payment
on Delivery, Cash
at pickup and On Account
All extra costs as a result of the chosen method of payment and/or delivery will be charged to the customer. All prices are exclusive VAT and exclusive all extra expenses which have to made by WEKABO.
If you have chosen for payment 'On account' our expected period of payment will be 14 days.
Your must always clearly state the method of payment you've chosen for. When placing an order you can use our order form (button 'order form' on our main page. However if you'd like to use your own form we don't have any problem with it. You yourself may decide how to send this order: post-office, fax or e-mail.

Delivery and Shipment =
After having received your order we will contact you. During this contact all final issues can be resolved and/or clarified. This contact can also be seen as a formal acceptance of your order. If we haven't made this contact within a period of 2 days after placement of the actual order please try to contact us again.

Return shipments, complaints and questionsIf you have received a faulty or wrong product always make contact BY PHONE first. During this contact we will try to find a solution which is suitable to both parties concerned.
WARNING: Never send any goods back to us without having contact by phone with us first !
If the complaint is very serious we will also ask from you to put your complaint in writing. We do this to prevent misunderstanding from our side concerning the severity of your problem.
